Sale terms on Homepage. We guarantee all our rabbits to be healthy and against malocclusion at time of sale or delivery. We guarantee show quality rabbits not to have any disqualifying ARBA faults.
While we strive for show quality rabbits, we often have pet quality rabbits (very nice young kits that just don't meet my strict show/breeding standards) available. Due to the lionhead and netherland dwarf sizes (under 2 - 3.5#s) and temperment, they make wonderful pets. Showing rabbits is very rewarding and as someone who showed dogs...much more relaxing and fun. We are happy to help you arrange transport or to meet you at a show site for delivery of your new bunny. I'm also happy to help local 4H and FFA participants.
"TERM" definitions: Legs - these are earned (not by lionheads at this time) based on how many rabbits and combination of owners compete. Earning your legs is how you get your Grand Champion status and earn the right to register your rabbit; BOB - Best of Breed; BOS - Best of Opposite Sex; BOV - Best of Variety (color); REW - red eyed white; SS - siamese sable; SP - sable point; self - solid colored rabbits; shaded - is a family color of lightered bodied rabbits with darker ears (see color genetics); Rufus coloring/modifiers - the gene that masks the darker shading on the tort coat creating a brighter orange/red color; DM - double maned; SM - single maned; PB - a rabbit with a four generation pedigree; F1 thru F3 - lionheads with a pedigree equal to the number (since lionheads are not yet registerable you can still outcross them to other breeds as long as they meet the standard). Purebred rabbits are also sold without pedigrees (they can still be shown) if the breeder considered it not to be show/breeder quality - this is usually for simple things like a leaner body than desired, and can be a good choice for someone just starting out.
